Shveta and I have been away from the office for the past few weeks. There have been some queries recently concerning the status of anthology submissions to which we've given a somewhat tardy reply. We apologize for having made you wait. Though, we do have a good excuse. You see, on August 4th Shveta and I got married!
We've just returned from our honeymoon in Perú. As I mentioned in an earlier post, we intend to conduct the second selection round over the next six weeks. In mid-October, we'll notify everyone who made the first cut as to the final status of their submission.
Another piece of news: the IRS has granted Banyan Institute, the nonprofit corporation that Shveta and I founded to support projects such as the string theory anthology, 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. This means that Banyan Institute is now able to receive tax-deductible gifts and donations.
